Our Ti’r Isha Employment Area aims to attract advanced manufacturing that requires a high volume of energy at an affordable price.
Situated adjacent to the M4, supplied by a significant source of green energy, this will create high-value sustainable employment for local residents.
This inward investment will aid local economic growth at a time when investment into Bridgend and job creation is vitally needed.
Plans for the Ti’r Isha Employment Zone are at a relatively early stage and we look forward to releasing more information as we consult with local residents and businesses about our plans throughout 2024.
Ti’r Isha has been designated an ‘Employment Site’ in Bridgend’s Local Development Plan.
It is located at Junction 37 just off the M4, making it ideal for any companies looking for a location which is easily accessible, providing links to the three Bridgend Valleys.
Ti’r Isha could be a fantastic example of using green power generated locally in the local area. It would be powered by renewable energy from Ty’n Y Waun Solar and Mynydd Y Gaer Wind, keeping energy costs down, keeping money in the area, creating jobs and keeping the benefits created here in Bridgend.
All schools within a 10km radius of the site have been offered a free school visit and free transport to our Parc Stormy site for a guided tour.
